RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer and vendors relations
- Ensure a positive experience for all customer and vendors
- Assist sales team with onboarding new customers
- Answer any questions from customers
- Forward incoming calls to appropriate parties
- Receive daily mail deliveries and sort/distribute to proper personnel
- Ensure company phone directory is up to date
- Ensure telecommunications system is functioning properly
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks
- Ensure voicemails are responded to promptly
- Answer customer inquiries over the phone
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ideal Director of Customer Service will have minimum 3 years’ experience
- Familiar with data entry, fielding calls, answering emails
- Experience within manufacturing or similar industry
- Ability to be the liaison between upper management and customers
- Willing to take a drug screen and background check
