Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical. We have a nationwide client base and offer services in temporary and direct hire placements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure quality control is within or exceeding company standards
- Oversee and manage all engineering personnel
- Adhere to all safety standards and federal/state regulations
- Coordinate with various departments
- Ensure compliance with AS9100
- Prepare KPI data to present to other managers
- Monitor manufacturing costs and recommend areas for improvement
- Answer any questions from engineering personnel
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage non-conformances and conduct root cause analysis
- Participate in company meetings relating to new production
- Improve on time delivery
- Analyze first pass yield
- Assist with scheduling product and allocating labor and resources
- Analyze current production practices and implement improvements
- Other duties as assigned
- The Director of Engineering will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required
- Must have Proven ability to manage a team of engineers and at least 5 years of experience
- Experience within the aerospace industry is desired
- Must have experience with AS9100
- Experience monitoring KPI’s and manufacturing costs
