RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must develop and execute strategies to promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with the company's values and objectives.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Must oversee the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, from workforce planning and recruitment to onboarding and retention strategies.
- Must handle employee relations matters effectively and confidentially, fostering a culture of trust and respect
- Must develop and administer competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.
- Must ensure alignment between performance, recognition, and rewards to motivate and retain top talent.
- Must manage the HR Business Partner teams
- Must implement and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote fairness, consistency, and compliance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Must have 5-7+ years of progressive HR experience, with 1-3+ years in a leadership role Prior experience working in the life sciences industry, preferably in small to mid-sized biotech companies.
- Experience supporting remote employees throughout the U.S.
