The Director of Human Resources will promote company values and direct the strategy and oversight of all HR functions including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations. A proven track record of mentoring high-performing teams within growing and decentralized organizations, ability to be hands on in most areas and has a history of tenure reflecting stability and leadership growth. Responsible for all locations in OK City.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Director of Human Resources will develop and execute a people strategy that aligns with company goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement.
- Provide leadership in talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning.
- The Director of Human Resources will partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Lead performance management and professional development initiatives.
- Collaborate with plant managers to promote teamwork across functions.
- Implement HR technologies to streamline processes and improve employee experience.
- The Director of Human Resources will ensure compliance with regulations across multiple locations.
- Mentor HR team and other leaders, offering counsel and feedback.
- Develop, communicate, and enforce policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Monitor and ensure legal compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Foster continuous improvement to exceed customer expectations.
- The Director of Human Resources will manage labor costs and create a positive, engaging work environment.
- Maintain employee records for regulatory reporting and ensure ISO 14001 compliance.
- Supervise contracted security services and employee morale programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The Director of Human Resources must have a Bachelor’s degree in HR
- Must have 7+ years related experience from an Automotive Manufacturing background
- The Director of Human Resources must have 5+ years of Management experience
- Must hold an SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
- Experience with ADP.
- Must have exceptional communication skills
- Must be a local candidate and willing to work ONSITE.
