Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical. We have a nationwide client base and offer services in temporary and direct hire placements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in contract administration and project management.
- Quality Control/Quality Assurance oversight for all projects.
- Capability to organize and supervise field survey teams and office survey staff.
- Preparation of boundary surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and topographic surveys.
- Experience with construction stakeout, including calculations and cut sheet preparation.
- Other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- MD Professional Land Surveyor License required.
- 5 years’ experience in land surveying.  Â
- MD Professional Engineer license required.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Experience with survey field equipment. Â
- Experience with new technology including 3D scanning.
- Experience in deed research including obtaining information from various jurisdictions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
