RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviewing documentation packages for accuracy and conformance to established guidelines, polices, and practices Analyze and review financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with the quality system by controlling quality documents used at all levels of the organization.
- Follow the Corporate Document Control Process for the creation of new documents or revisions.
- Develop and implement financial models.
- Maintain databases.
- Work closely with the Quality Systems Manager and personnel for implementation and training documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3 months of experience in a similar position.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Office.
- Must have strong knowledge of Google Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential documents with discretion.
- Supporting project tasks.
