  • Assist with maintaining project management software
  • Maintains appropriate templates
  • Administrative support tasks
  • Perform copy services
  • Maintain updated records and documentation
  • Coordinate documents
  • Create and track documents between departments
  • Maintain company passwords
  • Review and update documents according to specifications
  • Other tasks as assigned

  • Associate’s degree desired
  • Ideal Document Control Coordinator will have minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Experience maintaining files for manufacturing facility
  • Familiarity with mechanical assembly and electromechanical assembly desired
  • Must be vaccinated against COVID19
  • Willing to take a drug screen and background check
