RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and repair electrical aspects of all manufacturing equipment in use at facility
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Cultivate new and improved method for which new technicians will be trained
- Oversee plant projects such as BOMs
- Communicate with various departments to ensure functionality of all manufacturing equipment
- Maintain functionality of AC and DC motor drives
- Maintain functionality of servo driven motors
- Communicate with vendors and outside customers when needed
- Perform maintenance on power systems
- Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance
- Direct technicians on what maintenance needs to be performed
- Identify inventory needs
- Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting on PLC’s
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
- Ideal Electrical Engineer will have minimum 2 years’ experience
- Familiar with PLC’s, AC and DC motor drives and servo motors
- Experience within manufacturing or similar industry
- Willing to take a drug screen and background check
