RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to manage daily maintenance of assigned areas
- Scales
- Plant Wide Electronics
- Plant Wide Electrical
- Plant Wide Automation
- Showcase of Assigned Areas and MCC/Panel Rooms (painting, caulking, flooring, etc.)
- Responsible for maintaining, updating and organizing all electrical/electronic prints and troubleshooting guidelines
- Responsible for managing Preventative Maintenance programs for assigned areas and assure all preventative maintenance work orders are completed as scheduled.
- Must inspect and evaluate operating condition of all equipment in assigned areas
- Must set up a schedule for evaluations of equipment and prepare written reports on all evaluations, setting up repair schedules, if needed.
- Must verify proper cleaning procedures for assigned areas have been established and followed to assure that no damage is being caused to the machinery’s electrical/electronic components and to ensure the proper following of manufacturers recommended guidelines.
- Must utilize CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System) to full capability.
- Must attend weekly production/safety meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of experience as an Electrician within a Manufacturing environment.
