Responsibilities:
- Instruct and train personnel on proper assembly / machine operation and the selection and use of production tooling.
- Supervise all employees and complies with all safety, quality, quantity, and housekeeping standards
- Establishes and maintains procedures for tooling and equipment maintenance.
- Prepares and conducts performance appraisals and recommends wage adjustments within established company policies.
- Leads, administers or supports LEAN activities for product and process improvement
- Focused on daily, weekly, monthly schedule attainment with the assembly team
- Increase productivity and quality of products and services provided
Requirements:
- Well-versed with ERP systems preferred
- 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to direct and lead a team
- Strong working knowledge of precision measuring tools
