RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in electrical circuits, motors, machinery, and mechanical components.
- Repair and replace faulty components, such as switches, sensors, motors, belts, gears, and bearings.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment, machinery, and production lines.
- Ensure proper wiring, connections, and alignment of mechanical components during installations.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with other maintenance technicians, engineers, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Must have a flexible schedule and able to work rotating shifts.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and mechanical components.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment and self-direct activities.
