  • The Executive Personal Assistant will coordinate the logistics of travel both domestic and international, including hotel and car reservations and flight itineraries.
  • Manage professional and personal tasks which include household needs, appointments and reservations.
  • Lead multiple projects at the same time while prioritizing and tracking project deadlines and timelines.
  • Effectively communicate with the team to ensure business aspects are on track.
  • Perform administrative duties such as mailings, filing, copying, faxing, and recording meeting minutes as needed.
  • Create and update a detailed and high organized to-do list for the CEO and business.
  • Act as wardrobe manager to include an audit of wardrobe, and personal shopping for special events and day to day.
  • Stay up to date on emerging and existing social platforms wile monitoring multiple social media accounts to expand and grow online presence.
  • Plan events, manage calendar and organize agendas while prioritizing demands.
  • Other assistant duties as needed for both personal and creative needs.
Salary Range: Up to $85,000 + (DOE)

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • The Executive Personal Assistant must have at least one year of previous administrative, personal assistant or secretarial experience.
  • Possess the ability to provide concise and clear written and oral communications.
  • Must be a self-starter who understands that no task is too small.
  • Eager and optimistic personality.
  • Confidence while working under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • MUST be able to work in office 9AM-6:15PM daily
