RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setup of machine including parts and tooling.
- Make modifications to programs where needed.
- Work to deadlines given by supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities in the individuals work center and department.
- Proven track record of success in driving production numbers higher, reducing waste and maintaining a clean and safe work environment for all employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s or up 2+ years of work experience, High School Diploma, GED or Trade School
- 2+ Years of experience in CNC Set up Technician (Tool and Die, machining and industrial industry).
- Completing quality control test during stages of the manufacturing process.
- Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software
- Previous experience working on CNC operated machines is required.
- Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications
