Responsibilities
- Supervise the setup and programming of welding equipment, including CNC laser, plasma, and other machinery.
- Coordinate operational schedules and welding activities to maintain product quality.
- Ensure employees understand and follow company policies, quality procedures, and manufacturing best practices.
- Monitor timely completion of production paperwork.
Qualifications
- Five years of leadership experience in Metal Forming and Fabrication
- In-depth understanding of metal forming techniques and machinery
- Proficient in welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Robotic CNC
- Adept in reading technical drawings and assessing product dimensions
