RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee employee compliance for labor and parts.
- Responsible for management of spare parts.
- Oversee expansion projects.
- Monitor safety of personnel and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, etc.
- Develop innovative process improvements.
- Oversees all building, as well as grounds maintenance.
- Oversee custodial functions.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of maintenance facility.
- Determine scheduling/repair needs, as well as preventative and predictive maintenance.
- Implement waste reduction improvements.
- Supervise and allocate resources of the facility.
- Manage and oversee repair and maintenance budget.
- Ensures CMMS system integrity.
- Ensures emergency preparedness.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility.
- Monitor quality control.
- Analyze and review service contracts.
- Conducts and prepares reports for regular facility inspections.
- Ensure work has been completed by vendors and contractors.
- Analyze and recommend maintenance, including mechanical and electrical for equipment.
- Other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of Maintenance Management experience.
- Experience in project management.
- Familiar with low-voltage systems and electrical work.
