RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The Facility Maintenance Supervisor provides suggestions and recommendations to Senior Leadership for the development of short- and long-term goals and strategies.
  • Responsible for the turn of events and execution of undertaking arranging and procedures for the office.
  • Ensures that individual project budgets are adhered to by keeping track of budget estimates and budgets.
  • Establishes productive working relationships with external clients, customers, contractors, and officials through efficient communication and coordination.
  • Gets bids from contractors for maintenance and negotiates them.
  • Successful, punctual, and precise completion of facility maintenance tasks.
  • Supervises projects' inspection and testing, locating issues and resolving them quickly and effectively.
  • Supervises and monitors production quality.
  • Controls the flow of work to ensure maximum productivity by monitoring how equipment, facilities, and employees are used.
  • Provides employee training, guidance, and suggestions to boost productivity and performance.
  • Ensures that all engineering operations adhere to established safety policies and procedures by monitoring them.
  • Conducts assigned performance reviews.
  • Collaborates closely with other departments to keep schedules up to date and implement new operational procedures.
  • Maintains productive working relationships, coordination, and communication with employees and management.
  • Ensures that the work area is well-kept, safe, and clean.
  • Keeps track of parts, cleaning products, paper supplies, and other janitorial supplies in inventory. supplies are reordered as needed.
  • Makes requests for equipment and vending machine maintenance.
  • Helps with OSHA reviews when asked to.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate‚Äôs degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must have 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word) and related computer applications
  • Excellent comprehension of procedures for facility management
  • Understanding of leasing agreements, service contracts, and budgeting.
