RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must respond to all agent and vendor questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts and ensures efficient operations
- Must plan, coordinates, and oversee equipment installation and maintenance by ensuring the proper tasks are executed, pursuant to approved guidelines and regulations.
- Must create capital expenditure budget and be able to communicate projected budget requirements to appropriate leadership.
- Must oversee and supervise a team responsible for maintenance & cleanliness of facility to ensure a fully operational, uncontaminated environment.
- Must negotiate with 3rd party vendors in partnership with the Director of Procurement for necessary products and services
- Must maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary while controlling costs
- Must work closely with the management team to generate monthly work schedules and remains proactively aware of staffing needs based on anticipated production levels.
- Must oversee all facility related tasks and processes, ensures proper documentation & maintains accurate records of all facility & safety related activities
- Must verifies the proper documentation has been completed with accurate information for activities
- Must ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
- Must maintain accurate records and documentation of all production activities including, Inventory Control System (ICS) records of incoming and outgoing deliveries, returns, and destruction of unusable product in accordance with Division regulations; employee records; and standards, policies, and procedures set by the Company
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Civil Engineering or related discipline or equivalent Military
- 3+ years of experience in Facility Management role.
- Must have working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and large-scale HVAC systems including Chillers
- Previous experience using Building (preferred)
- Must be able to stand, sit, kneel for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable with use of tools and equipment to maintain and repair equipment
- Occasionally work on ladders, or in tight spaces to inspect or troubleshoot
