RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Field Production Manager is responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, equipment needs, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor the quality of fieldwork and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement departments to obtain necessary approvals, track costs, and manage procurement activities.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, change orders, and other relevant records.
- Generate regular reports on project status, budget, and key performance indicators for management and clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous supervisory experience in a construction environment.
- Must have a valid Driver’s license.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
