RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize PPE
- Conduct installations of actuators
- Perform inspections and repairs on actuators
- Conduct field service calls on actuators
- Perform routine and predictive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical equipment
- Maintain awareness of products
- Provide exceptional customer service during field calls
- Travel to job sites as needed
- Exercise knowledge of general shop math
- Provide feedback on repairs
- Test electromechanical equipment
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree required
- Ideal Field Service Technician will have minimum 3 years’ experience
- Adept at performing electrical repairs
- Must have manufacturing environment or machine shop experience
- Ability to travel 2-4 times per month
- Experience repairing actuators Â
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug screen
