RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides daily support on small and/or moderately complex loans, accounts, and projects for assigned systems, products, or business units.
- Analyze and review financial statements.
- Prepares monthly presentations and reports.
- Prepares annual reporting of operating costs.
- Responsible for conducting in-depth industry and financial analysis of existing and potential borrowers.
- Identifies room for improvement by providing analytical and reporting financial results to senior management.
- Develop and implement financial models by using internal and external sources.
- Monitors updates of sales of loans and gain on sales entries.
- Prepares insightful and timely updates to from market trends to the team.
- Manage mortgage loan pricing software.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Mathematic or Finance a plus.
- 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SQL and Power BI.
- Experience with EPPS and Encompass systems.
- Experience working with financial databases.
- Knowledge of financial market trends.
