RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Financial Analyst will analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.
- Evaluate current capital expenditures and depreciation.
- Provide financial models and forecasting.
- Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, financial statements, rate of return, profit plans, proposals, operating records, etc.
- Prepare reports and projections based on analysis.
- Explore investment opportunities.
- Establish and evaluate profit plans.
- Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.Â
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- The ideal Financial Analyst will have 2+ years of experience as an Analyst.
- Construction Accounting experience preferred.
- Ability to work with multiple financial software and programs.
- Understanding of finance principals
