RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Financial Director will oversee the finances of the organization and all its affiliates.
- Support staff development and team performance in the areas of accounting payment processing systems, grants administration and banking operations while ensuring compliance with GAAP standards, regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a strategic business partner and lead the accounting team.
- Develop a high level of collaboration with community stakeholders and all levels of staff.
- Develop financial and operational strategies and implementing appropriate control systems.
Salary Range: $95,000-$108,000 (DOE)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting. Masters preferred.
- The Accounting Operations Manager must have a minimum of 5+ years of financial management experience in a BANKING or non-profit financial sector.
- Must have leadership and team development skills.
- Knowledge of contract and government grant accounting experience is a must.
- CPA preferred.
- ONSITE IN OFFICE POSITION.
