RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for managing oversized and heavy haul shipments,
- Working closely with a dedicated team and leveraging your industry expertise to drive success.
- Handle everything from pricing and quoting to managing relationships with carriers and customers.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, offering consultative support and exceptional customer service to understand their transportation needs.
- Ensuring smooth execution of high-stakes, oversized freight.
- Identify and prospect new customers for flatbed, heavy haul, and oversized freight services. Build a pipeline of leads and actively generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, email outreach, and industry networking.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of Logistics experience with a deep understanding of oversized freight management.
- Strong knowledge of oversized load dimensions, equipment specifications, and logistics nuances.
- Established relationships with carriers and the ability to provide truck-in-hand pricing for super loads.
- Comfortably providing rates, answering customer inquiries, and managing scheduling or ETA requests.
- Ready to work collaboratively with a supportive flatbed carrier sales and operations team.
