Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing tactical oversight and strategic guidance for the company's fleet, maintenance, operations, and third-party vendors.
- Identify and target areas in which the business can improve operations.
- Be a subject matter expert in process improvement, organizational design, and management systems.
- Research and implement new directives for business growth and prosperity.
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve scalability, agility, and efficiency.
- Ensure DOT information is current in company operating systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred in related discipline.
- Must have 5+ years of leadership experience in fleet and maintenance operations.
- Extensive knowledge of transportation, fleet maintenance, project management, and supply chain operations.
- Working knowledge of financial reporting with P&L focus.
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications and transportation management systems.
- Outstanding communication, organizational skills, and exceptional leadership ability.
