RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The ideal Machine Shop Foreman will direct the efforts of machinists in the horizontal boring mill, lathe and vertical boring mill.
- Occasional customer interaction will take place.
- Interacting with other planners and foreman.
- Assist machinists as needed with set-ups and monitoring the job progress.
Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 (DOE)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- The Machine Shop Forman will have prior machinist experience.
- Prior experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Great communication and leadership skills.
