Responsibilities:
- The forklift Operator will verify loads are properly secured to forklift before transportation.
- Load and unload incoming shipments and distribute warehouse material, stack pallets, and transport raw materials.
- The Forklift Operator will safely operate the forklift and other manufacturing equipment.
- Utilize scanner to enter incoming shipments into inventory system.
- Perform safety and quality checks before prepping equipment.
- Ensure proper functionality of production equipment.
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Familiarity with OSHA standards
- 1+ years of experience operating forklifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a warehouse.
- Basic computer and data entry skills
