Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine light maintenance and preventative care on equipment.
- Conduct scheduled and as-needed equipment maintenance tasks.
- Operate various types of mobile equipment as required.
- Monitor bark (fuel) production levels to ensure adequate inventory in the fuel bunker.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by MDF Plant Management.
- Troubleshoot and analyze bark production and quality to ensure efficient operation of the Energy Plant.
- Load bark into trucks as needed.
- Always maintain high housekeeping standards across all plant areas.
- Strictly follow the Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
- Perform all duties in compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic math and measurement skills for monitoring bark inventory.
- Consistently promote, enforce, and adhere to all company safety guidelines.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduate.
- Two years of experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with computers and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems for operating automated machinery and processes.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, a sense of responsibility, and the capability to mentor and cross-train fellow team members.
