  • The Global Business Manager must develop annual sales and marketing plans with brand and channel marketing leaders.
  • Create and execute annual promotional plans for pet and consumer products.
  • Must lead the commercial strategy and sales plans (Amazon 1P, Amazon 3P, Amazon International Vet) adhering to corporate goals.
  • Prepare and present customer performance, supply changes and future looking business insights at monthly S&OP meeting.
  • The Global Business Manager must lead agency relationship for Amazon Advertising, advise marketing and insights, promotional opportunities to inform future campaign ideas, incentives and bonus offers.
  • Build rapport with Amazon Merchant and Advertising team to deliver annual sales and profit targets in the designated customers and establish short and long-term sales goals.
  • Must provide P&L oversight to maximize profitability by growing top line sales and managing selling expenses.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with brand marketing from product concept to product launch through analysis and research.
  • Must analyze data and manage business unit KPI's to the executive team and other business units.
  • The Global Business Manager must develop annual customer budgets, participate in pricing strategy, manage pricing policies, trade budgets and spending effectiveness.
  • Manage inventory, price, and content within Amazon Seller Central platform.
  • Oversee and collaborate with key stakeholders and Marketing to remedy problems.
  • Create annual forecast and provide monthly updates and inputs to allow on-time delivery.

  • The Global Business Manager must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Sales/Marketing related. MBA preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 10+ years of eCommerce sales and account management experience in a supervisory role, domestically or internationally.
  • Thorough knowledge of e-commerce contracts and understanding Terms and Conditions.
  • The Global Business Manager must have a minimum of 10+ years of customer account management experience with Amazon.
  • Must execute sales and marketing strategy, plans and campaigns.
  • Must have strong commercial, communication and analytical skills.
  • Must have managed business unit KPI’s.
  • Thorough knowledge of both Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • The Global Business Manager must have knowledge of web promotion strategies: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), paid search, display advertising, pay-per-click campaigns.
  • Must be willing to travel domestic 10%-20%
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite
