  • The HR Business Partner will maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Provide HR Support with employee relations, absence management and performance management.
  • Collaborate and be an active member of the global HR team.
  • Participate as an active member of the engagement committee to support employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate the bonus programs, sales incentive plans, and the annual merit review process.
  • Administer company benefits including 401K and healthcare.
  • Work with the payroll department to assist with time management system and report HR changes.
  • Follow up on all approved training to ensure it takes place.
  • Support the recruiting process and coordinate the onboarding for all new starts.
  • Oversee employee relations casework and investigations, including short and long term sickness, restructuring/lay-offs performance management, absence management, dispute resolution and disciplinary and grievances.
  • Collaborate with managers to support employees on HR related topics including personal development, HR procedures and policies and employee well-being.
  • Support the on site leadership with any and all special projects.
  • Support managers with advisory services on all employee relations ensuring best practice and employment law compliance.
Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of HR Management, Business Management or similar.
  • HR Certifications are preferred.
  • The HR Business Partner will have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Must be able to coach managers on all HR issues.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Experience working with unions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Knowledge of HR concepts and practices, policies and procedures.
