RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Human Resources Compliance Manager will maintain and renovate the current employee polices and handbook along with any new laws and regulations in order to maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with legal in order to ensure all future business strategies are aligned with local, state and federal laws.
- Utilize Workday to maintain the correct compliance requirements for annual notice requirements, wage change notices and new hire notices.
- Ensure all E Verification & I-9 record requirements are being met.
- Create a mew system to track questions for HR adjacent compliance questions and risk determination.
- Ensure all locations have up to date compliance postings and notifications are aligned with local, state and federal laws/
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Equivalent work experience will be reviewed in lieu of degree.
- The Human Resources Compliance Manager will have at least 7 years of experience with compliance and human resources.
- Must have experience in multi-state compliance.
- Ability to develop and implement new compliance procedures and policies.
