RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The HR Manager will oversee and ensure laws and regulations are being met in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Supervise employee perks program along with benefits administration and payroll.
  • Create and administer the processes to promote the value and culture of the company for both onboarding and offboarding.
  • Take full ownership of all HR Initiatives to ensure employees flourish like succession planning, performance management, along with equity and inclusion.
  • Support the management team in creating growth opportunities and development plans for their teams.
  • Facilitate and lead the continuous improvement process for performance reviews.
  • Create and implement a process that would ensure the accurate maintenance of all HR records.
  • Utilize technology to assist with the automation of processes, reduce costs and streamline efficiency for every function of HR.
  • Support the Director with focused initiatives on recognition programs, wellness, training needs, and employee experience.
  • Manage and conduct employee relations on all internal investigations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members and management regarding sensitive questions and issues whether complex or specialized.
Salary Range: Up to $105,000+ (DOE)

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree in a related field of HR Management, Business Management or similar.
  • The HR Manager will have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Knowledge and experience of supporting a fast growing organization.
  • Experience in hardware focused startups or aerospace is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience of policy management across multiple states.
  • Ability to hire lean HR teams.
