  • The Human Resources Administrator  will conduct onboarding of new hires, including background checks and drugs test, ensuring all forms are correctly completed.
  • Work closely with the HR Manager in supporting the following: talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, employment law compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, training, payroll and special projects,
  • Manage payroll and HRIS including time system.
  • Process payroll on a weekly and semi-monthly basis.
  • Assist with the execution and management of merit processes, and bonus plans.
  • Create an image as the employer of choice by participating in networking opportunities and working closely with hiring managers to recruit qualified candidates.
  • Ensure all employee information is kept up to date in the system while keeping all information confidential and maintaining compliance with all federal and state laws.
  • Collaborate with staffing agencies when temporary labor is needed.
  • Coordinate and administer benefit programs like leave of absences and special accommodations.
Salary Range: $42,000-$52,000 (DOE)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field required.
  • The Human Resources Administrator will have at least 3 years of experience.
  • At least one year of payroll processing experience is required.
  • Knowledge of ATS and HRIS.
  • Possess integrity and professionalism along with strict confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suites and HR related software like Paylocity & SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Preferred SHRM Certified Professional.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to all HR functions.
  • Able to resolve issues using proper and consistent HR practices, policies, procedures, standards and regulations.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and time management skills.
