RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must evaluate, develop, implement, and administer all HR programs, including recruiting, orientation, separations, performance management, benefits, recognition programs, systems implementation, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, reporting and regulations
- Must maintain and develop the annual departmental budget in conjunction with Finance and Leadership
- Must collaborate with and be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers to address organizational challenges and ensure high-level of engagement and performance
- Must develop and lead annual Performance Management Program, including defining philosophy, timelines, communicating the process and timing to employees and managers, providing necessary support, and creating, executing, and enhancing training to all employees.
- Must ensure our compensation practices continue to attract and reward top talent. Overseeing salary administration to include year-end compensation processes. Performs compensation analysis and makes compensation recommendations related to offers, promotions, LTI and adjustments.
- Responsible for administering and overseeing overall complaints and resolutions
- Must generate and maintain employee reports and HR metrics as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must have 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Prior experience working in the life sciences industry, preferably in small to mid-sized biotech companies.
- Experience supporting remote employees throughout the U.S.
