RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Human Resources Manager must provide support to the business partner to support HR-related disciplines such as compensation, talent acquisition, management, and benefits.
- Must ensure providing a timely, cost-effective manner with high quality candidates.
- Partner with the hiring supervisors and managers to assess staffing requirements through recruiting and screening strategies.
- Must comply with labor law and company/site policies.
- Must identify and develop innovative incentive/reward systems.
- Identify retention risks and recommend mitigating strategies in a cost-efficient manner.
- Must develop salary structures and conduct special compensation studies based on local market values.
- Resolve any employee relations issues, address issues, consult with managers and associates on training and development needs.
- The Human Resources Manager must present proposals and implementation of plans. Lead site TLR sessions and partner with DOOs on succession planning activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The Human Resources Manager must hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or a related field.
- Must have minimum 5+ years of experience working in various roles and areas of Human Resources Management
- Must have robust experience in payroll, staffing/recruitment, benefits administration, performance management systems, employee relations, conducting training programs etc.
- Must have Project Management skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills across various media.
- Must be fully vaccinated and willing to work on-site on all workdays.
