Responsibilities:
- The IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for providing support of Windows Server OS, VMWare, AD and Windows Server Enterprise Applications
- Understands Fortinet Firewall Software
- Support the technology including firewalls, switching virtualized server, storage networks and hypervisors
- Provides maintenance for technology
- Will assist in continuous improvement, helpdesk, post resolution follow ups, installing software, installing hardware and configuring applications and systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- MUST have Fortinet Firewall Experience
- The IT Infrastructure Engineer must have prior working experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Computer Networking, Firewall, and VMWare
- Understanding of Brocade Fiber Channel, Dell/EMC Unity XT Storage Systems, Cisco Meraki Wireless, Veeam, Tenant-to-Tenant O365 Migrations and RingCentral Admin
