RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The IT Help Desk is responsible for providing network administration and troubleshooting all LAN/WAN performance and network issues in a manufacturing environment
- Understands TCP/IP routing, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, WINS, Switches, VPN along with SMTP, IMAP, MX and SPF Records
- Troubleshoot firewall and configure policies
- Troubleshoots problems and determines solutions within technology
- Reports any feedback from customers to the appropriate internal team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related
- 2+ years of experience with network administration and IT technical support
- Must have in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP routing, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, WINS, Switches, VPN
- Understands Routers, Switches, Windows 2012+ and Windows 10 Professional
- Must be able to pass a background screening and drug test
