RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle IT issues relating to quality, shop floor, engineering technologies, etc.
- Expand computer systems and software
- Design and support network access methods
- Support and maintain Engineering, Quality, and specialty
- Maintain manufacturing software such as CAD, CAM, MDC, CMM,
- Maintain software such as simulation and digital twin platforms, technical writing software, etc.
- Work alongside various IT support teams
- Identify areas of concern relating to bottlenecks
- Engage in supporting expansion
- Maintain documents for all work conducted for ticketing system
- Maintain software for shop floor equipment
- Maintain on-premises and cloud OT platforms
- Oversee quality and R&D systems
- Maintain equipment configuration software
- Support networking infrastructure for various manufacturing systems within facility
- Maintain uptime and reliability
- Wear proper PPE when needed
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Ideal IT Systems Engineer will have minimum 5 years’ experience
- Must have windows-based and specialty software experience
- Experience integrating multiple systems
- Adept at database programming with Python and Java
- Familiar with automation scripts and license serversÂ
- Ability to travel (same day) as needed
- Willing to take a drug screen and complete a background check
