- Able to adhere to the SOP procedures
- Able to troubleshoot electromechanical issues, HVAC and Robots
- Crosstrain team members on issues they can fix
- Remain current in your field as technology improves.
- Communicate with team members.
Requirements:
- An Associate’s degree is strongly preferred.
- 5 years of experience in Manufacturing.
- Experience at working and maintaining a circuit boards.
- 10-hour days including Saturdays
- Create a culture of safety within the company.
