RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain functionality of all facility equipment including switchboards, wiring, etc.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical equipment
- Work with Yaskawa palletizer
- Maintain AC/DC motors and frequency drives
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations
- Assemble and disassemble electrical components
- Troubleshoot combustion control equipment
- Maintain OSHA standards
- Install and repair industrial electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot PLC’s, temperature control systems, PM, etc.
- Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, etc.
- Perform work on servo drives
- Utilize electrical test equipment
- Monitor instrumentation
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ideal Industrial Maintenance Technician will have minimum 3 years’ experience
- Food manufacturing experience required
- Must have experience with PLC’s
- Experience with three phase electrical systems
- Experience with industrial electrical equipment
- Familiarity with OSHA
- Willing to take a drug screen and background check
