RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for performing preventative and troubleshooting maintenance on a variety of machines across different departments. Repair electrical issues by replacing or installing components, wiring or devices.
- Executing jobs effectively and safely, fostering teamwork, adhering to company policies and procedures, and utilizing our electronic work order system for recording defects and repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery.
- Proficiency with AC, DC, & voltage ranging from 110v to 480v
- Troubleshooting and repairing DC drives, pneumatics, and mechanical drives
- Perform root cause analysis.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment & Maintain log of work performed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations.
- Document any procedures, issues, and observations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to interpret schematics.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing DC drives, pneumatics, and mechanical drives.
- Comprehensive understanding of plant machinery processes
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong attendance and safety record.
- Basic proficiency in mathematics and computer skills.
- Sharp observation skills.
- Capability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with minimal supervision.
- Competence in troubleshooting electrical systems including drives and PLCs, as well as mechanical, chemical, and hydraulic systems.
