Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain all production and plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct line and equipment changeovers efficiently to support production needs.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues during production to minimize disruptions.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by brainstorming solutions, sharing expertise, and learning from colleagues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience working with high-speed packaging, processing, or manufacturing equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and respect.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to apply basic electrical and mechanical principles in hands-on situations.
