RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up, perform maintenance repairs and maintain functionality
- Update machine database daily
- Communicate with vendors
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning machinery
- Recommend ways to improve productivity
- Ensure safety measures are being followed
- Plan and track preventative maintenance
- Ensure all repairs are recorded and logs are maintained
- Maintain understanding of SAP and OEE
- Troubleshoot PLC’s
- Maintain KPT
- Lead injection molding technicians through daily responsibilities
- Mentor and train injection molding technicians
- Schedule preventative maintenance
- Engage in predictive maintenance
- Perform repairs on injection molding equipment including autoloaders, dryers, etc.
- Maintain safety awareness when working with voltage
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ideal Maintenance Supervisor will have minimum 5 years’ experience
- Injection molding experience required
- Extensive experience with PLC’s
- Must have knowledge of SAP
- Leadership experience
- Familiarity with recommending process improvements
- Willing to take a drug screen and background check
