RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain functionality of injection molding equipment
- Adjust machines, install and remove dies, set up and operate machinery
- Ensure proper process is followed
- Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance
- Conduct routine maintenance on injection molding equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery
- Train personnel on proper protocol
- Implement measures to reduce equipment down time
- Maintain operational efficiency
- Perform root cause analysis
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Implement measure to reduce scrap material
- Adhere to all safety regulations
- Maintain log of work performed
- Implement measures to increase operational efficiency
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ideal Injection Molding Technician will have minimum 2 years’ experience
- Must have manufacturing environment experience
- Experience repairing injection molding equipment
- Ability to remove and install dies
- Able to reduce equipment down time
- Must be willing to undergo background check and drug screen
