RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Inside Sales Rep will develop and cultivate new prospective customers
- Utilize the phone to work with existing customers to increase product and services sales.
- Locate and identify new prospective customers using methods like cold calling and networking.
- Develop new strategies to increase sales within assigned industries and regions.
- Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure sales goals are being met.
- 2 or 4 year degree in a sales related field is ideal.
- The Inside Sales Rep will have 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Representative.
- Ability to learn the products in order to successfully sell
- Expert sales and negotiation skills along with expert written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office
- CRM experience is preferred
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
