Responsibilities:
- The Food Manufacturing Inventory Manager oversees the inventory of meat products
- Oversees the operation of staff and ensures all SSOP, HACCP and GMP standards
- Understands all SSOP, HACCP and GMP standards to ensure inventory quality
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in Inventory Management for Food Manufacturing
- Experience in Meat Manufacturing required
- Knowledgeable in all SSOP, HACCP and GMP standards
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
