RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The LPN-Physician Practice must utilize the nursing process for administering care of both well patients and those with health problems in an outpatient setting.
- Must attend meetings as necessary.
- Must adhere to all processes and procedures of the company.
- The LPN-Physician Practice must assume responsibility for maintaining current knowledge related to the age and development of the patient population in areas in which they work.
- Must recognize patient care problems and react appropriately in patient care emergencies.
- Must seek and utilize nursing resources.
- Must provide required nursing care under the direction of the medical provider.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The LPN-Physician Practice must have graduated from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program
- Must hold a current license and registration to practice Practical Nursing in New York State
- Ability to complete basic mathematical calculations.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Must be flexible in schedule and shift.
