RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The ideal Lead Fitter/Welder will work from customer supplied manufacturing drawings.
- Fitting several types of weldments, mostly all protypes.
- On occasion you will perform welding as needed based on work load.
Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 (DOE)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have prior hands on welding experience.
- The Lead Fitter/Welder must be familiar with ASME Sect
- Familiar with submerged arc processes, MIG & TIG.
- Prior experience in a lead or supervisory capacity.
- Must possess excellent shop math skills and strong blueprint reading skills.
- Large fabrication layouts experience needed.
- Great communication and leadership skills.
