RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Lead Operator will verify conformance of products or work.
- Maintaining powder coat equipment efficiency.
- Handling production and inventory materials using material handling carts.
- Maintain a clean work area, equipment, and machinery.
- Moving or lifting heavy objects (up to 55 pounds) will be a duty for the Lead Operator
- Hand-load, unload, stack, or handle containers, materials, and products
- Keeping track of powder coat paint quantities
- Other responsibilities include assembling stock parts, cleaning and hanging powder-coated parts, and other tasks given by supervisors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School or GED Equivalent.
- Experience in warehouse/packaging
- An understanding of powder coating
- Positive-minded: possesses an uplifting outlook.
- Collaboration and leadership skills
- Communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
