- Work with management and HR to see what the best training practices
- Design, develop and apply training activities to meet the companies needs
- Implement a learning culture
- Develop and give presentations using tools such as PowerPoint.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Leadership, HR, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the food industry
- Must have strong leadership skills and knowledge in adult active learning
- Must be strong at using technology to work remotely
- Must gain knowledge of the company’s operations.
