RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to perform the operation and set-up of Liquid Filling machines and Banding Sealing machine in accordance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Must be able to cGMP regulations to ensure products meet applicable quality standards.
- Must be able to set-up, operation, cleaning, and light mechanical adjustments.
- The operator will be accountable for overall production line performance including safety, quality, and line efficiency.
- The Operators must be capable of operating multiple machines at one time and learning to operate a variety of equipment within the manufacturing area.
- Must be able to perform basic and routine maintenance activities.
- Must be able to make necessary machine adjustments to ensure the smooth operation of the lines for required quality and quantity.
- Must be able to monitor Disassembles, cleans/ sanitizes, and reassembles all required equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ year experience as liquid encapsulation operator in pharmaceutical sector.
- Must be able to understand and is knowledgeable of cGMP, OSHA standards etc
